Thought Contagion
Thought Contagion talks about illness,
sickness of cultures.
Two words are central in the contagious process - intimidating and
imitating.
The thought contagion spreads and the doctors of the mind are busy. People
are treated for a lot of different delusions, in prisons, schools and
Television.
The political corpses are out saving people from thought contagions of
many different sorts.
But i spite of the work of the doctors things get worse.
Now even cannibalism is back in Europe and in Germany and Sweden the first
cases are in the media.
Murders, due to economical warfare and religious frenzy, are daily news
in both Norway and Sweden - two very peaceful societies, since the days of
the Vikings and imperial Swedes and Danes, and from the days of Gustav lll there has been internal peace in Sweden.
But
now people ask themselves:
"Were will the governments and industrial leaders take us"?
Since the German invasion of the Second World War, Norwegians has been at
peace with each other, cultivated good relations among neighbors. The
masses have lived a fresh and
active life, free to travel and enjoy their own rich nature along the
Atlantic Ocean.
But urban style over-consumption, in front of the screens has caught the
asses of all to many already and at the present moment an overweight epidemic is spreading and
psychic disorders like depression
is a matter of fact in one and every family.
Children are left for their own amusement in cyberspace. And how much
Thought Contagion doesn't start there?
"MEME: Biol. An element of a culture or a
system of behavior that may be considered to be passed from one individual
to another by non-genetic means, especially imitation."
Elements of Meme are spread in cinemas and TV-chambers. On stages all over
the western world Shakespeare terrors are repeated.
And suddenly an armada of Hells Angels thunders by.
Thought-contagion-doctors analyze the roll of
imitating
in the governments and universities and they are scared too.
"Where
is the new Hitler?"
In USA there are more WMD than anywhere and what thoughts do they contain
in the White House and in the Government?
Thought Contagion or the Good Thoughts
of the only superpower of the world? Leo Strauss or Sir Popper?
In Russia new generations of nuclear warheads
are propelled by new generations of rocket missiles. And President Putin expel
his government and cuts the last connections to the Jeltsin family and the
plutocrats of the counter revolution.
In China the booming economy and the space
program produce colossal enthusiasm for the Chinese Communist Future.
India and Pakistan sinks the lances, for a
while. Agni is at rest.
After the 11th the whole world knows that the
unthinkable is thinkable and Malthusian principles as thought contagious
as religion and praising One and Only One God is.
Imitating intimidating - looking at role
models, going for violent manifestations of supremacy of ones genes and
the freedom of racism.
Believing that the winner takes it all - laughing when someone talks about
ethics.
Ethics are for the meek.
The strong gene pool and the strong Memes marching on.
