One year is gone again. The world is changed, or is it? I remember an campaign in the end of the 1980-ties by the Bush administration. Now the W Bush administration continues It´s campaign as it was stated those days just after the Newyork-Pentagon disaster. W Bush gives his speech to the UN (according toBBC):
